and lime. Its involvement in the New Zealand building industry dates back to 1888, and today
it operates more than 30 sites and employs approximately 420 people. It is part of the Holcim
Group which is represented in around 70 countries.
Based in Westport and reporting to the Leading Hand, you will be
working in a small team with other cement drivers on a rotating shift
basis. Your primary role will be transferring bulk cement from the Cape
Foulwind Cement Plant to the Westport silos and customers.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Class 5 Heavy Trade licence (other licences and endorsements will be

Primary Mental Health
The successful applicant will provide brief
intervention counselling for people with mild
to moderate mental health issues who are
referred by their General Practice Team. This
position is part-time and based in Greymouth.
Essential skills required:
• A tertiary quali cation with a mental health
• Relevant professional registration with a
current NZ practising certi cate.
• A counselling quali cation.
• Experience working clinically with youth
(from 12 years), and adults using evidence-
based brief intervention strategies (CBT).
• A high level of oral and written communi-
cation skills, including the ability to engage
e ectively with clients, general practice teams
and other health professionals.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Current NZ driver s licence.
